This scan is specifically for film that has already been developed, and you're sending film negatives to us for scanning.
The price is for each frame and the entire uncut roll, please write a note and tell us what frame number you want to scan, it normally takes 2-4 days to get your film scans.
Print service is only available for frame scanning; there is no print option for entire roll scanning.
We scan all film at a high resolution in JPEG format, for 35mm film, the resolution is 5444x3649 pixels, if you need any other file format please let us know.
The scanning process typically takes 3-5 working days. You will receive the digital files through an online gallery.
NOTE: JPG file sizes may be compressed. Image files in JPEG format occupy less space on the disk than their actual size. The closed size does not represent the actual data in the file; it becomes its full size when you open the JPEG file, for example, in Photoshop. You will see the actual file size of your photo displayed on the bottom left of the screen in Photoshop.
Film Scanning Q&A:
-
1. Q: I have a film cut into 4-frame/6-frame sleeves; can I still order "entire roll scanning"
A: Unfortunately, no. The "entire roll scanning" option requires an uncut film. -
2. Q: Are the prints with border or borderless?
All frames will be printed without borders. For 120 films with a 6x6 or 6x7 frame, prints will include white borders. If you have any specific printing preferences, please include a note when placing your order. -
3. Q: Can I order only the physical print?
A: Unfortunately no.
