Booking Policy:

Thank you for choosing our photography services! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients, please review the following booking policy:

Booking Process:
- To secure a photo session, a non-refundable retainer fee of 50% of the whole payment is required at the time of booking.
- To secure your booking slot, the deposit payment must be made within two days after our discussion and verbal agreement.
- The remaining balance of the session fee is due after your photo session. (For wedding is 2-3 weeks in advance)

Session Details:
- We offer various types of photography sessions, including Studio, outdoor, portrait, family and maternity photoshoots. Each session type has specific duration, location, and included services. Please refer to the session description for detailed information.
Arrival Time:
- Please arrive at the designated location 5-10 minitues prior to the scheduled session.
- Prompt arrival is important to ensure that we have sufficient time for the session and utilise the available lighting conditions effectively.
Late Arrival:
- If you arrive between 15 and 30 minutes late, a late fee of £25 will be added to the session fee and it’s non-refundable.
- If you are more than 30 minutes late, the session will be canceled, and the retainer fee will be forfeited.
- It is important to notify us as soon as possible if you anticipate being late. However, if you are going to be late for over 30 minutes, please understand that the photo shoot appointment will be canceled.
Photo Editing:
- Our photography services primarily focus on capturing natural and authentic moments.
- We do not provide extensive photo editing services, such as slimming faces, changing backgrounds, or major alterations to the images.
- Our goal is to deliver high-quality photographs that reflect the genuine essence of the captured moments.
Image Selection and Delivery:
- After the session, we will carefully select and edit the best images for final delivery.
- The number of final images provided will depend on the session type and package chosen.
- The edited images will be delivered in a digital format via a password-protected online gallery.
- The gallery will allow you to view, download, and share the images with your friends and family.
- The gallery will be expired in 3 months after the photo session.
Usage and Copyright:
- The images delivered to you are for personal use only, such as printing, sharing on social media, or displaying on personal websites. We will ask for your permission if we need to use them for business purposes.
- We retain the copyright of all images, which means they cannot be sold, altered, or used for commercial purposes without our explicit written permission.
