    • Our inventory includes a variety of 35mm and 120 films for purchase, as well as film development services.

    • We strive to keep our inventory well-stocked, but please note that product availability may vary. In case a specific film or service is temporarily out of stock, we will do our best to inform you promptly and provide alternative options if available.

  2. Pricing:

    • The prices for our films and film development services are clearly displayed on our website or provided upon request.

    • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

  3. Placing an Order:

    • Orders can be placed through our website, over the phone, or in-person at our store.

    • Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including the desired film type, quantity, and any specific instructions for film development.

  4. Payment:

    • Payment is required at the time of placing your order.

    • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, cash, or other forms of electronic payment. Please refer to our accepted payment methods for more details.

  5. Order Processing and Shipping:

    • We strive to process and fulfill orders in a timely manner.

    • If the ordered items are in stock, they will be prepared for shipping or pickup as soon as possible.

  6. Returns and Exchanges:

    • We gladly accept returns or exchanges for unopened films or unused, fully packaged film rolls within 7 days after purchasing. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for opened film boxes. Should you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out within 7 days of receipt, and our team will assist you in resolving the matter promptly.

    • Customers are responsible for return postage costs. 

  7. Customer Satisfaction:

  8. VIP membership: 
    • All purchases of our VIP membership are non-refundable unless cancelled manually by the user.
    • By purchasing the membership, you agree to accept any changes or updates we make to the membership benefits or terms.
    • Once purchased, the membership signifies your agreement to the outlined terms and conditions.
